We visited our friends at Beat Culture Brewery in Miami, Florida yesterday where they had samples of many of their beers available for a tasting. The highlight was their Barrel Thief, an imperial stout aged for a year in bourbon barrels.  Highly recommended.   Beat Culture Brewery
